Dear ​Parents/Guardians,

Thank you for taking the time to complete the digital registration forms through PowerSchool. As a reminder, this is required for all students, whether they are new to us or have already been enrolled at Walden School. There will not be any hard copies of these forms sent home. Please refer to the first document, “Parent Portal Account Instructions” on how to access your account.

There have been some changes to the CCSU Annual Student Information Update Request form. There are now check marks under each parent/guardian to notate custody arrangements, with whom the student lives, who receives mail (email and physical mail) and who has pick up access to your student from school. Please make sure that these fields are checked off as they are correlated to our new Parent Square Accounts and will help make this transition easier. 

If you experience any issues trying to access your parent account, please contact Jaylin Bennett in the main office.
